Embrace the return to sustainable materials with this authentic wicker base concealer that adds rustic refinement to your holiday decor. This essential finishing touch gracefully masks the metalwork beneath artificial trees while adding texture and warmth to your seasonal display. The circular design creates a seamless foundation that enhances the overall presentation of your Christmas centerpiece. For the complete seasonal ambiance, pair this natural accent with our curated selection of complementary accessories - the Frosted Pine Wreath with Pinecones offers organic harmony, while the Mercury Effect Bonbon Medium Candle Holder adds a contrasting shimmer. The Large Frosted Eucalyptus Candle Wreath provides additional layers of natural texture, and the Silver Quarterfoil Decorative Hanging Mirror reflects light to amplify the festive atmosphere. This thoughtful combination of decorative elements creates a cohesive holiday collection that appeals to customers seeking authenticity in their seasonal decorating. The wicker construction speaks to increasing consumer demand for environmentally conscious options, making this an intelligent addition to any retailer's holiday inventory.

We deliver to all mainland UK addresses. Some extended or remote regions — such as the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and offshore islands — may require longer delivery times or additional charges.

Mainland UK: Free delivery on all orders.
Remote or Offshore Locations: Surcharges may apply and will be confirmed before dispatch.
Optional Services: Premium delivery options such as room-of-choice or next-day delivery may carry additional fees.

All delivery costs (if any) will be made clear during checkout or communicated by our team before your order is processed.

  • Most items are delivered within 3–7 working days.
  • Some larger or region-dependent orders may take up to 10 working days.
  • Made-to-order or bespoke items may have longer lead times — these will be clearly noted on the product page.

Depending on the item, delivery may be carried out by pallet, courier, or two-person delivery service.

If no one is available at the time of delivery:

  • The courier may leave a calling card and attempt redelivery.
  • Additional redelivery or restocking charges may apply.
  • Items may be returned to the warehouse after repeated failed attempts.

To avoid delays, please ensure someone is available and that access is suitable for larger deliveries.

Once your item is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to you via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

We take great care to ensure items are delivered in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or incomplete item:

  • Note the damage with the courier upon delivery if possible.
  • Take clear photos of the issue.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist promptly.
