Billing Terms and Conditions

These Billing Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between you ("Customer" or "you") and Luxe Realms ("Luxe Realms," "we," or "us"), governing the purchase and payment of products from the Luxe Realms. By placing an order and completing the payment process, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

  1. Payment Methods: Luxe Realms accepts the following payment methods:

  1. Currency: All prices listed on the Site are in GBP (Great British Pounds) unless otherwise stated.

  2. Shipping Restrictions: Luxe Realms ships only within the (Mainland) United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international shipping.

  3. Pricing and Taxes: The prices displayed on the Site are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Luxe Realms reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. However, the prices charged for orders will be the prices in effect at the time of order placement.

  4. Order Confirmation: Once you complete the payment process, Luxe Realms will send you an order confirmation email containing details of your purchase. This email serves as acknowledgment that we have received your order and will be processed accordingly.

  5. Return Policy: Luxe Realms accepts returns within 3 business days of the product delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • Products must be returned with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item shipped by Luxe Realms.

  1. Refund Process: Once the returned product is received and inspected by Luxe Realms, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 Days, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method.

  2. Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Luxe Realms as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, provided the order has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you may follow the return process outlined in Section 6.

  3. Limitation of Liability: Luxe Realms will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

  4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
