Refund policy

At Luxe Realms, we take pride in offering beautiful, high-quality pieces for your home. While we hope you’re delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a fair and flexible return policy tailored to our customers' needs.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return most items within 14–30 calendar days of delivery, depending on the item.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

  • We do not accept returns on items that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within the stated timeframe (usually 3–14 days), depending on the product.

  • Email us at hello@luxerealms.com with your order number and photographs showing the issue.

  • We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund and collect the item at no cost to you, where applicable.

Return Delivery & Collection Fees

  • If you change your mind or no longer wish to keep an item, return delivery costs will be your responsibility.

  • For larger items, a collection charge may apply depending on the product and your location.

  • In some cases, a restocking fee may also apply.

  • Please refer to the Delivery & Returns tab on each product page for specific return conditions.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or store credit to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Items returned not in original condition or missing parts or packaging may be subject to a partial refund.
