- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and undamaged.
- The product must be returned with all original packaging and tags intact.
a) Contact Luxe Realms customer support within 14 business days of product delivery to initiate the return process.
b) Provide the necessary details, including your order number, product information, and reason for the return.
c) Luxe Realms will provide you with return instructions and an authorized return address.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs, except in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The wrong product was shipped by Luxe Realms.
Refund Process: Once the returned product is received and inspected by Luxe Realms, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
