We work with a carefully selected group of trusted UK suppliers to ensure your order is delivered safely, professionally, and on time. As a result, delivery times and methods may vary depending on the specific item purchased.

We deliver to all mainland UK addresses. Some extended or remote regions — such as the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and offshore islands — may require longer delivery times or additional charges.

Mainland UK: Free delivery on all orders.
Remote or Offshore Locations: Surcharges may apply and will be confirmed before dispatch.
Optional Services: Premium delivery options such as room-of-choice or next-day delivery may carry additional fees.

All delivery costs (if any) will be made clear during checkout or communicated by our team before your order is processed.

  • Most items are delivered within 3–7 working days.
  • Some larger or region-dependent orders may take up to 10 working days.
  • Made-to-order or bespoke items may have longer lead times — these will be clearly noted on the product page.

Depending on the item, delivery may be carried out by pallet, courier, or two-person delivery service. 

If no one is available at the time of delivery:

  • The courier may leave a calling card and attempt redelivery.
  • Additional redelivery or restocking charges may apply.
  • Items may be returned to the warehouse after repeated failed attempts.

Once your item is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to you via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

  • Note the damage with the courier upon delivery if possible.
  • Take clear photos of the issue.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist promptly.
