During time pile may relax and lift, if any pressure marks continue to persist, a light steaming or gentle brushing in the direction of the pile will also be beneficial. This is a natural characteristic of velvet and not a manufacturers fault.

Approved returns are subject to a collection and return delivery charge. This is calculated at the standard DHD delivery cost plus 10% and will be deducted from the refund.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items must be reported promptly and may require photo evidence before approval.
