Cancellations

Flat-Pack Furniture

Products are supplied flat-packed and require self assembly. Please check the product description and specifications carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 5 working days, together with photographic evidence.

Where appropriate, replacement parts or replacement products will be supplied free of charge.

If goods are refused on delivery due to visible damage, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.

Failed or Refused Deliveries

Orders refused on delivery may incur delivery, return carriage and handling charges.

Where delivery cannot be completed after 3 attempted deliveries, the goods may be returned and applicable delivery, return and handling charges may apply.

Delivery

Deliveries require proof of delivery. If you instruct the courier to leave goods without the required proof of delivery, we cannot accept responsibility for goods subsequently lost or stolen.

If the courier is unable to deliver on the scheduled date, they will contact you to arrange a new delivery date.
