RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted only for items that are unused, unassembled and in resaleable condition.

Used, assembled or installed non-faulty items cannot be returned.

Approved returns are subject to a collection and return delivery charge. This is calculated at the standard DHD delivery cost plus 10% and will be deducted from the refund.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items must be reported promptly and may require photo evidence before approval.
