Extended Delivery Areas & Charges
Deliveries to areas outside of Mainland UK — such as Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and other remote locations — will take 7–14 working days and will incur additional charges.

Returns—Unwanted Items (Change of Mind):

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition
  • A 50% restocking fee applies
  • Return shipping costs and original delivery fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued after inspection and approval

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
  • Any visible damage should be noted on the delivery document, or the delivery refused
  • Confirmed faults or damage: free replacement or full refund provided
  • Items returned without original packaging may void return eligibility

Cancellations:

  • Free of charge if cancelled before dispatch
  • If the order has been shipped, return shipping fees and a 50% restocking fee will apply

Failed Deliveries:

  • Missed deliveries may result in return charges
  • Redelivery or second collection attempts may incur additional fees
