Returns – Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Must be reported within 3 working days of delivery
  • Photo evidence and full order details must be provided
  • Items must be returned in original packaging and from the original delivery address
  • If approved, we will offer either a replacement, repair, or partial refund depending on the issue
  • Damage caused after the item has been moved from the original delivery address may void the return

Mainland UK: Free delivery on all orders.
Remote or Offshore Locations: Surcharges may apply and will be confirmed before dispatch.
